Zac Brown Band
What a great week! Jeff and I ventured out to our first (and last) concert preggo style! One of our favorite bands is the Zac Brown Band. We love their music and what they stand for. If you haven't listened to them, you should really check them out! Not only were we able to go to their concert, but also go to an Eat and Greet. What an amazing experience! We were able to meet the entire band and eat with them. They served the meal...all local, sustainable food cooked by their own personal chef. The food was absolutely amazing. As they were serving and the guests were eating, we were able to talk to the band if they were available. Me being completely intimidated did not want to go up to Zac, but Jeff insisted on it! Boy am I glad he did. Zac is a great guy. We learned he has four kids of his own. I asked for baby advice and he said to use the swaddlers with the velcro and use glass bottles to prevent seepage-heehee. Jeff asked for the meaning behind his song "Highway 20 Ride" and he explained that it was a song about the time he spent with his father. Jeff definitely could connect with that. The concert was amazing even though I could hardly stand by the end! Definitely a memory that will go down in the books!| Created and designed by yours truly...named after their latest album. |
What did the doctor say?
We had a doctors appointment this week! Very exciting...he said that the ultrasound was showing I was measuring two weeks ahead-panic!!! He said plan on having a big baby and be prepared any time after November 14th. Everything looks great and he said that all my test results are perfect...what a relief! I am so blessed to have been having such a healthy and happy pregnancy with great test results along the way...it makes all the struggles and hardships of getting to this point well worth it. Our story on our fertility journey coming next soon! I'm finally ready to share...| I can't believe the baby weighs 3 lbs! |
